Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and CamOn! ("CamOn!", "we", "us") for your use of the video dating service at camon.life (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If we change these Terms we will post the new version here and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the changes.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Nobody under 18 may appear in any photo, clip or call.
• One personal account per person. Your profile must show you, captured live with your own camera - no other people, no impersonation.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done with your account.
• CamOn! is for dating between men and women: members only see, like, match with and book video dates with members of the opposite gender.

CamOn! is for meeting people and dating, not for adult content. The following is prohibited in profiles, live photos, 5-second clips, chat messages, blog posts and live video calls, whether shown, performed, described or offered:

• Nudity - including exposed genitals, buttocks or female nipples, and implied or partially covered nudity.
• Sexual activity of any kind, real or simulated, including sexual touching, masturbation and sexual gestures.
• Sexual services or solicitation - offering, requesting or selling sexual or "adult" content or acts. Paid video sessions are for conversation and companionship only.
• Sexualised content involving anyone who is, or appears to be, under 18 (reported to the authorities).
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, violence, fraud or scams, spam, and recording or sharing anyone's call without their consent.
• Using the Service for anything illegal, interfering with it, or trying to get around its security or screening.

Swimwear, shirtless men and kissing are not by themselves violations, but keep it appropriate for a public dating app.

How we enforce this

• Profile photos are screened by Amazon Rekognition before anyone can see them, and each 5-second clip is recorded live together with its photo. Content with nudity or sexual content is rejected or removed, including clips reported by members.
• Live video calls are screened by sampling a still frame of each participant's video (from the other person's view and from their own camera) about 30 seconds and two minutes after the call connects and then at random times, on average every five minutes. If nudity or sexual content is detected, the call ends immediately for both people and an automatic report is sent to our safety team.
• Identity: only the person in the profile may join a video date. The same still frames (from the other person's view and from your own camera) are compared with your live profile photo. If the face on camera repeatedly doesn't match it, the call ends, the person who isn't who their profile shows forfeits the session as described in section 5, and an automatic report is sent to our safety team. Frames without a visible face don't count; please keep your face on camera.
• Strikes: a second detected violation within 90 days suspends your account automatically. We may also suspend or ban accounts immediately for serious or repeated breaches, or based on member reports.
• Automated screening can miss brief or partial content and can occasionally be wrong. Please report anything you see with the Report button - our team reviews reports and automatic flags.

• Photos and 5-second clips can only be captured live in the app; each clip must show you.
• Commitments: when you commit your profile for a period (1 day to 12 months) your existing live photos and clips are locked until it ends. During a commitment you can still add new live photos, choose your main photo and edit your About You details and location, but you cannot delete photos or clips. Commitment rewards (likes, Premium days, badges) are given in return and are not exchangeable for money. When a commitment ends your profile is hidden from Discover, the home page and public profile links until you commit again; members you have matched with can still see it.
• You keep ownership of your content and give us a licence to host and show it to other members to operate the Service. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

• Pricing: hosts either offer free video dates (matches only) or set a rate in USDT per minute, from 0.01 to 1,000 USDT (to the cent). The person booking chooses the length, up to the host's maximum, and pays rate × booked minutes up front from their CamOn! wallet.
• Escrow: the payment is held by CamOn! in escrow - the host does not receive it until the session is over.
• Fees: when a paid session completes, the host receives 90% and CamOn! keeps a 10% platform fee (if the host was invited by another member within the last 12 months, that member earns 3% of the session price out of CamOn!'s fee, and CamOn! keeps 7%).
• Sessions are charged for the minutes booked, not the minutes actually spent on the call.

Refunds

You get a full refund to your CamOn! wallet when:

• the host declines your request, or doesn't answer it before the start time;
• you cancel at least 2 hours before the start (after that, you can no longer cancel);
• the host cancels, at any time;
• the host never joins the call (no-show) - refunded automatically after the session window ends;
• the call is ended by our nudity screening because of the host's video;
• the call is ended because the host's face doesn't match their live profile photo;
• the host ends the call early (presses End call before the session time is up), or drops out and doesn't reconnect within 10 minutes;
• both of you break the rules (nudity detected from both, or neither is the person in their profile) - the host earns nothing and CamOn! takes no fee.

If both of you drop out and neither reconnects within 10 minutes, nobody is at fault: the host is paid for the share of the booked time you were both connected (after CamOn!'s 10% fee) and the rest is refunded to you.

Ending early and disconnections

• If one person ends a live call early or breaks the rules, the other person receives the full session value: a host who leaves or breaks the rules forfeits the whole payment to the person who booked (full refund); a person who booked and leaves or breaks the rules still pays the host in full (90% after CamOn!'s 10% fee).
• If someone gets disconnected, the other person sees a 10-minute countdown while we wait for them to reconnect. If they don't come back in time, the session ends and they forfeit it as above. If you are both still in the room but the connection fails, nobody forfeits and we keep trying to reconnect. If you both drop out, the session is split by the time you were connected (see Refunds above).

Once the host has joined, the payment is released to the host after the scheduled end - also if the person who booked doesn't join. Payments are not refunded in other cases, except where the law requires it.

• Top-ups (5 to 10,000 USDT; the minimum is raised automatically when the payment network's own minimum is higher) are made through our payment provider NOWPayments, in USDT on the BNB Chain (BEP20) network. Top-ups are credited once the payment is confirmed. Your balance is held for you by CamOn! (using NOWPayments custody) and is not a bank deposit and earns no interest.
• Automatic payouts: hosts can save a USDT address on BNB Chain (BEP20) and turn on automatic payouts. When a paid session you host completes, your available balance is then paid to that address straight away (the withdrawal minimum and fee below apply; smaller amounts are paid out after a later session).
• Withdrawals: you can withdraw your available balance at any time in USDT to an address on BNB Chain (BEP20) - minimum 5 USDT, with a flat 0.1 USDT network fee. Crypto transfers can't be reversed: you are responsible for entering the right address and network, and USDT sent to CamOn! on any other network (such as TRON/TRC20, Ethereum or Solana) can't be credited or recovered.
• Premium costs 5 USDT for 90 days, paid in advance. It does not renew automatically; buying again adds another 90 days.
• Spotlight costs 1 USDT for 24 hours of boosted visibility.
• Premium and Spotlight start as soon as you buy them and are not refundable once delivered, except where the law requires it. Wallet balances aren't refunded to the original payment method, but you can withdraw them as above.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn as a host.

• You can delete your account in Settings → Delete my account once you have no active commitment, no open video dates or withdrawals, and have withdrawn any balance of 5.1 USDT or more. A smaller remaining balance (below the withdrawal minimum plus fee) is forfeited when you delete your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. A suspended member can still sign in to their Wallet and withdraw their available balance - any amount, without the usual minimum (the network fee still applies) - but can't use any other part of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT RUN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS, AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND AUTOMATED SCREENING DO NOT GUARANTEE ANYONE'S IDENTITY OR BEHAVIOUR. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS, ON AND OFF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMON! IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. You agree to indemnify CamOn! against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CamOn! operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived.
